Rehabilitation Specialist, Running Coach and Sports Massage Therapist

Daniel studied at the University of Salford and graduated with a degree in Sport Rehabilitation. He has worked within different sports as well as working with the general public when running his own clinic in Greater Manchester. Daniel specialises in injury rehabilitation, injury prevention and increasing performance. Assessing functionally and looking at movement capacity, Daniel looks to take a holistic movement and exercise based approach.
These skills were used to help at his most previous role, working full time as a Rehabilitation Specialist with a League 1 football club.
Daniel has a background of playing football at County Level, taking part in recreational racket sports and middle distance running.
