Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Ali graduated from St George’s University Hospital in 2008 and since then has gained several years’ experience in MSK physiotherapy.
With experience in both the NHS and private sector, Ali has particular clinical interest for spinal and SIJ conditions, however, enjoys treating a broad spectrum of injuries.
She uses a combination of:
- Soft tissue release
- Trigger point therapy
- Joint mobilisations
- Acupuncture
- Postural correction
- Education
- Exercise therapy
Ali uses these to tailor a bespoke treatment program for her patients. She is a strong advocate for educating her patients about their conditions to enable long term self-management and rehabilitation to each individuals’ fullest potential.
With a keen interest in football, Ali has previously enjoyed working for Chelsea FC Foundation assessing and treating players with Cerebral Palsy.
