Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist

Rosie is an enthusiastic physiotherapist who cares passionately about her patients. Her first qualification was from California in Health Education (BA) where she worked in the Public Health Sector prior to moving to the UK.

She finished her training 1997 with a BSc(Hons) in Physiotherapy at the University of East London and went on to work at the Royal London, St Barts and Mile End Hospitals before moving out of the capital to raise a family.

Following a career break, Rosie has worked at Frimley Park, Fleet Community Hospital and St Peter’s Hospital in succession before taking up her current role as Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist for Frimley Health. Currently, she is the Lead Physiotherapist for Women & Men’s Health at Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals.

Rosie prides herself on being a manual therapist gained from nearly 20 years working with musculoskeletal problems, but she is also a qualified Acupuncturist. For the last 6 years, her particular area of interest has been problems related to Women and Men’s Health.

Symptoms relating to incontinence, Back and Pelvic girdle pain ante/post pregnancy, prolapse, Pelvic and coccyx pain, Pain related to intercourse, Penile pain, Abdominal Diastasis, IC/Painful Bladder Syndrome Her interests include cooking, running, sewing, badminton and canoeing, but my biggest passion is empowering people to realise their own potential.
