Craig Ruddy BSc Hons MCSP

Craig completed his Physiotherapy training in 2010 from Glasgow Caledonian University and started his career in the NHS gaining experience in a wide variety of clinical settings including; orthopaedics, respiratory, community learning disability, MSK and hydrotherapy.

Following his initial base training he developed a keen interest in the MSK rehabilitation setting and has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist over the past few years in a busy University Hospital in Glasgow before his move to Surrey.  In this role he has treated a wide range of conditions including; back pain, lower limb injuries, shoulder pain, sport injuries, tendinopathy and have a clinical interest in running related injuries.

Craig’s passion for running related injuries stems from his background in athletics where he has competed at National and International level for both Scotland and Great Britain. He continues to compete at a high level with personal bests of 14:20 for 5000m, 30:08 for 10,000m and a marathon best of 2:20:29 in London 2019 which he hopes to improve on over the next few years. Craig has a great understanding of dealing with running injuries and is also a qualified UK Athletics coach.
