Lydia Matthews

Lydia Matthews BSc GSR

Lydia graduated from St Mary’s University, Twickenham with a degree in Sports Rehabilitation and is now a member of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers.

As well as providing sports massage in our clinics, she works as a Sports Rehabilitator for local football team Knaphill FC. Delivering injury advice, assessment and rehabilitation, pitch side support and treatment. She has also previously worked with a championship football club and had experience in rugby.

Lydia finds motivation in helping others achieve their goals through exercise and sports massage to ensure optimal performance for each individual.
