Kaira graduated from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham in 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Rehabilitation. During her studies, she completed extensive placement hours, working with rugby clubs to provide massage therapy and exercise prescription. Kaira also completed the Rugby Football Union’s Level 2 Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport (PHICIS) certification, equipping her to recognise and manage immediate life and limb threatening injuries.
Following her graduation, Kaira served as the first team physiotherapist for Abbey Rangers. She then furthered her experience by working at a private chiropractic clinic, where she assisted the chiropractors with treating patients. Additionally, Kaira has provided sports massage for the women’s England Rugby 7s team and delivered pitch-side care at a Rosslyn Park rugby tournament.
Kaira’s fascination with the human body and its functions inspired her to pursue a career in sports rehabilitation. Her passion for helping others, along with an interest in sport rehabilitation enables her to assist individuals in recovering from injuries and returning to their daily activities and hobbies.
