More about Clinical Personal Training (PT)?

It is similar in some ways to the personal training that you could get at your gym, helping you to achieve your fitness goals but with a couple of key differences:

What is the the same as traditional PT?

  • Tailored to your fitness, weight loss and performance goals.
  • Strength work and aerobic / anaerobic training.
  • Different intensities for different people; hard workouts for those that want it and less intense for others

What is different to traditional PT?

  • It’s with one of our Rehabilitation Specialists who have at least a 3 year degree and a wealth of applied knowledge in injury, anatomy, strength, movement and ultimately how the body works.
  • You already have a relationship with our Rehabilitation Specialists and they know you and your injury history and will tailor your programme accordingly.
  • Whole body training including functional movement, stability training and dynamic strength rather than relying on traditional gym routines alone.
  • A joined up, seamless path to smart training and continuing with your fitness and sporting goals following your rehabilitation.
