Will graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Physiotherapy and is currently working towards his diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine.
Prior to moving to Synergy Physio, Will was working in a private clinic in Wales. During this time he acted as a physio for Usk Rugby club and covered hockey camps as lead physio there.
Will wanted to be a physio as he loves the dynamic of working as part of a team and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing patients recover and get back to their normal activities. In his spare time he enjoys playing hockey and golf and covering rugby matches as a physio wherever possible.
Matt graduated from the University of Nottingham where he developed his skills in sport rehabilitation. University allowed Matt the opportunity to work with athletes from GB teams all the way to those who enjoy staying active or those who want to be active again.
Kaira graduated from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Rehabilitation. During her studies, she completed extensive placement hours, working with rugby clubs to provide massage therapy and exercise prescription. Kaira also completed the Rugby Football Union’s Level 2 Pre-Hospital Immediate Care in Sport (PHICIS) certification, equipping her to recognise and manage immediate life and limb threatening injuries.
Sam graduated from the University of Gloucestershire with a BSc in Sports Therapy. During and after his time studying, he gained a wealth of experience working with athletes in all sports from those competing in international rugby tournaments to cyclists undertaking the route of the 2023 Tour de France.
Kath studied Physiotherapy as her second degree at St Georges University Hospital. She has worked as a Senior therapist at Frimley Park Hospital since 2009. She has experience in adult care in acute medicine/intensive care/surgery/ neuro and rehabilitation – both hospital and community based. This broad clinical experience of acute/chronic and complex conditions is across musculoskeletal/ respiratory and neurological specialties, which now allows her to place a strong emphasis on holistic care.
Chloe graduated from the University of St Mary’s Twickenham with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science. She then pursued her career by completing a master’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation, qualifying as a Graduate Sport Rehabilitator (GSR) and a certified member of BASRaT.
Angharad is a bilingual BSc (hons) Sports Rehabilitation graduate with experience of employment and volunteering in the sporting and private clinical world.
Alex qualified from the University of Birmingham. He went on to work in the NHS across a variety of areas, outpatients, orthopedics, stroke and respiratory at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital Trust. He has now been in private practice for the past five years, working with a variety of patients.
Annabelle first began studying BSc Sports Therapy at Bournemouth University. Graduating with First Class Honours, she furthered her studies with a master’s degree in Physiotherapy (pre-registration) at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic and graduated with Distinction.
Claire qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Hertfordshire. She is a member of the CSP and HPC. Since qualifying she has gained extensive experience in treating adult medical, surgical, neurological, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal patients both in the NHS and private settings.
Taylor graduated from the University of Brighton with experience of MSK, Stroke, and Trauma Orthopaedics within the NHS while also completing a Sports Massage course. Her aim as a physiotherapist is to get people back to their goals as well as making everyday life easier.
Mustapher graduated from St Mary’s University with a BSc in Sport rehabilitation. Since then Mustapher has gained vast experience working with the England Women’s Rugby 7’s, Aldershot Town FC as well as 5 years clinical experience. Prior to graduating, Mustapher had built his experience working with people in the fitness industry as a Fitness Instructor from 2013.
Sam graduated from St Mary’s University and Kings College London, obtaining a degree in Sport Rehabilitation and masters in Physiotherapy. He has since gained experience working in professional sport at Gloucester Rugby club and spent over 10 years working in private practice in London.
