Our Strength and Balance sessions are all about strengthening areas of weakness and empowering you to stay healthy and stronger for longer, whilst also looking to minimise the risk of falls. It is popular with older patients who are wanting to maintain their independence by keeping active, building muscle tone and maintaining balance, whilst being supported by a clinically trained professional.
