New patient

Please note that these appointments are initial assessments for new conditions or complaints (or if we haven’t seen you in the past three months). These appointments are 45 minutes long, however we block out our clinicians diaries for 1 hour to allow for the associated admin. You will need this type of appointment if you’re:

• A new patient to Synergy Physio
• Have seen us before but have a new condition or complaint
• Have seen us before about the same complaint but not in the past three months (this is because the condition may have changed since we saw you last)
