These sessions are led by one our of expert therapists, qualified with a Sport Therapy or Sport Rehabilitation degree. Their detailed understanding of anatomy and physiology helps them prescribe a meaningful programme to meet an individual’s goals whilst prioritising safety and wellbeing.
The first session will start by taking a full medical history and goal setting. The therapist will then conduct a specific movement screen based on current activity levels. This screening tool assesses movement patterns, strength and stability. Highlighting the key areas and focuses for your future sessions and exercise programme. From the results the therapist will then provide a series of exercises to do at home to provide a taste of what future sessions will have in store.
